  Ever since I moved to a park off orange river, they have consistently either put my mail in the wrong box or mark it as "delivered" and I get it a couple days later. One time I went and complained to the same manager, and he did help me out, they actually have the ability to Gps that number and find out exactly where the driver is when it gets marked as delivered, and they weren't even on my street. I'm writing this on April 18, 2017 and as of date, they've put my eBay packages in the box across the street a minimum of 10 times this year alone. Just happened two hours ago and that's why I'm writing this. 9 times outta of 10 when I do complain to the post office face to face, it's empty and I'm waiting a good 20 minutes to speak with the manager. Horrible customer service

  The only reason why I gave a star is because you have to to write a review. How do the people who work at this location still have jobs? I have been waiting on a piece of mail over 10 days if I cancel I have to wait even longer. Speak to the manager of our property to find out that 90 percent of the time they(mail carrier) don't even come into our park? They come when they want and make excuses WHY they didn't deliver.Dog loose,someone in front of boxes.So I sit and wait in the club house after seeing them around the corner , not one dog in site and no cars blocking.....yet NO delivery? And not one person will answer the phone ??? Thanks again for all your help NOT !! And you struggle because letters and regular mail is becoming obsolete...... your employees are helping it along faster with the poor customer service!
