  Thank you leeway for only being able to recite to me due to Florida statute laws you are not required to send out toll violation summons with a tracking number per the postmaster there was no proof that your letter was ever sent out the only thing your toll officer Allen could successfully tell me is that due to Florida statute you are not required to mail out letters via tracking number, and that the post office can and will say anything to make themselves not look bad. my letter was never received which caused an additional 228.19 in fees... why would I lie in regards to not receiving a letter it does me no good who in their right mind would want to pay $233.19 rather than a $5 charge... This is absolutely ridiculous

  If I could give "0" stars.....or wait, even better, NEGATIVE ZERO stars, I would.......horrible how they gouge you with "administrative" fees for me not paying a toll, because I had to go through the Sun pass lane due to traffic not letting me in to pay through the "cash only" lane......complete joke...........

  Horrible customer service. Couldn't care less about my violation or the fact that it was already paid, just give them my credit card info. Just a money grabbing scheme. Not that a $5 violation is going to kill me but when it's already paid through SunPass and they sent me proof you're just ripping me off. I wonder how many people just pay it and not fight because it's not worth half a day on the phone trying to get it resolved. Great job Lee County, Cape Coral and Fort Myers!

  $20.00 Dollars in tolls turns into over $500.00 dollars and a suspended license. Failure to pay a toll resulting in such a financial burden is ridiculous. This results in a suspended license, which will eventually lead to criminal traffic charges. How can they make you a criminal for being poor. They should be required to send certified mail, as they have to be receiving the return to sender notices back in the mail. I personally couldn't do that to someone, there is no way I would be able to sleep at night knowing I screwed someone over so badly.
