- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The lady was rude to a customer on the phone while I was waiting in line, when she hung up she said "don't answer the phone for idiots". When it was my turn I asked about obtaining a po box she was trying to give me directions to the main branch & I explained to her that I just moved here she said oh well then I can't help you, walked away & called the next customer.By Jessica Milnes, September 26, 2017
