- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Wouldn't give me my money, first they couldn't find my account, then they needed to know where my money came from, and why did I wanted to take it. I showed my ID, my card and gave my account number and still had to wait one hour!! And answer all their questions!! They kept saying is to protect you from fraud, but I showed everything For them to know it was me. Very rude cashier also.By Arena Mitre, August 31, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆When you visit this center for something other than teller transactions there is no greeter, no sign in, no sign saying to take a seat or wait or anything for that matter. It is very cold and unwelcoming. I stood there for about 3 minutes all the while office staff, etc...just ignored me. I finally went over and sort of pushed myself on someone asking what would someone do to ask for service. She looked at me sort of dumb founded and said take a seat and someone would be with me. Once I met with the person he was friendly and accomodating. Just poor planning on the part of Wells Fargo not the associates.By Scott Brown, September 30, 2016
