  Pretty much the worst customer service over the phone I have experienced in awhile. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive. He made me feel guilty for asking a question about a re-schedule shipment on a package. Are customers not allowed to call and inquire about their mail? You may as well post on your website to not ever call the post office because that is the message your employees are sending to your customers.

  Ever since I moved to a park off orange river, they have consistently either put my mail in the wrong box or mark it as "delivered" and I get it a couple days later. One time I went and complained to the same manager, and he did help me out, they actually have the ability to Gps that number and find out exactly where the driver is when it gets marked as delivered, and they weren't even on my street. I'm writing this on April 18, 2017 and as of date, they've put my eBay packages in the box across the street a minimum of 10 times this year alone. Just happened two hours ago and that's why I'm writing this. 9 times outta of 10 when I do complain to the post office face to face, it's empty and I'm waiting a good 20 minutes to speak with the manager. Horrible customer service

  My mail was not delivered on the day I requested after being gone for a week. I got an email saying they tried to deliver a package during the time I told them to HOLD MY MAIL. The email said they left a pink slip. There was none. I watched the mail carrier just drop off a postcard from Steinmart in my mailbox. I tried calling the Tice PO. The computer said it could not hear anything I said in response to the questions on the recording. It offered to call me back in over an hour! I am expecting supplies that I need today! I am going to drive over there now. My boyfriend said not to expect good results after his experiences there.
