- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★The worst customer service I have ever experienced in a bank. CS Manager Stacy Wood is perhaps the rudest person and should not be working with the public. Had a question about a fee because I just opened an account and she interrupted the teller with "whats going on over here" and said "ATM fees are standard what do you expect". I told her that I didn't appreciate being spoken to in that tone. Wells Fargo, you just lost another customer. Update - Wells Fargo Management made a change and Stacy is no longer at this branch.
